Everybody knows the Puppy Bowl is the hip alternative to that overwrought pigskin spectacle, and Conan applied that logic to Puppy Conan, a complete miniaturized version of his talk show with a mutt sporting a familiar red pompadour. And then Puppy Conan introduced his guest: a Chihuahua by the name of Justin Bieber.
