2. Could Be A Metaphor, But Isn't
Meanwhile, in Ocean City, Md., local news reporter Tucker Barnes was buffeted by a grotesque, oozing sea foam. Though internet rumors claimed the foam was effluvia from a nearby sewage plant -- David Letterman joked about it on Monday's Top Ten List -- local officials insist there was no human waste in the foam. Still, ew.
