Adrian continues his shockingly swift fall from grace while one team struggles with its trainer's week-long absence.

Red Fallout

Cassandra weeps over the loss of her grandmother while Adrian opens his big yap and furthers the divide with his new team. Mark gives him a talking to as per his "playing a game" comments from last week. Adrian counters with a summary reading of the riot act. After much shouting and accusations of "playing" or "not playing" some elusive "game" nothing is solved. Adrian needs to achieve immunity or get voted off. It is as simple as that.

Dunkin' Dolvett

Both teams are greeted with an ominous sight: Two platforms are suspended above a pool of frigid water - Looks like it's a good old fashioned dunk tank. The losing team sends their trainer into the drink and out of the game for an entire week. Thus the excuse of the week is: I can't lose weight on my own. Both teams hold on for dear life to keep their trainers in the air. After forty minutes, Red team disintegrates. Dolvett goes down.

A Team of Orphans

At the house, a very dry Bob talks with Megan about her past. Self-esteem and all that jazz gets a thorough airing. In stark contrast, leadership of Red team falls onto Kim's shoulders. She figures out a makeshift workout while a pained Dolvett watches via CCTV. Things go downhill quickly. Roy's running out of gas. Conda's complaining. Things are not going well for the Red Team.

A Walk in the Park

The Black team heads to LA's Griffith Park for a day of hiking. It initially seems fun until Bob busts out those darn medicine balls. Then the drills start. Pretty soon that old familiar misery sets in. When Daphne falters, Bob props her up and urges the team to strengthen its bond.

Rejecting the Pastry Case

Rachel the hot nutritionist meets Black Team at a hip Silverlake eatery. Everyone confesses what a typical restaurant order used to look like. Predictably everyone tops off at over 3,000 calories. Though the actual orders are healthy, they seem a bit lacking in the ... flavor department: A lot of salads and egg whites. Rachel also recommends pistachios as an ideal snack food.

Dolvett's Reckoning

Dolvett returns to confront Red Team about their week without him. At first everyone sings Kim's praises, but then Dolvett drops the bomb: He was watching them the whole time. Predictably Conda takes the brunt of Dolvett's wrath, and deservedly so. Next on the hit list is Adrian. Dolvett calls him out on his lack of listening skills. Bob and Dolvett go hard on their respective teams for the last chance workout.

No Trainer, Big Problems

The week six weigh-in begins. Conda kicks things off for the Red Team with an 8 pound weight loss. Kim follows with a middling 6 pounds, no doubt from the stress of leading the team alone. Red team continues to rack up the pounds for a final total of 51 pounds. Adrian's 9 pound loss doesn't sit well with Mark or Kim. Then its Black Team's turn. After some middling losses, Jeremy brings Black back on track with a 12 pound weight loss. A mammoth 13 pound weight loss by Chism seals it for the Black Team.

Deja vu

Once more, the Red Team is forced into the elimination room. Adrian goes down (of course), but not without a fight. Instead he flames out in an explosion of vitriol directed at fellow team-members. He doesn't even want them to embrace his sister once he's gone.

Wow. Though I sympathized with Adrian's plight throughout, the guy really dug his own grave with this one. What do you think?
