Once again, the Grammy Awards proved to us that popular musicians from the days of yore carried more talent in their bell-bottoms than our contemporary "artists" can throw on a stage. But while there were as many face-palm moments as to be expected, there were also plenty of reasons to nod your head and smile during last night's ceremony.
Because the music industry doesn't really have an equal to the celebrity-skewering and cheeky Ricky Gervais, hosting duties went to the wholesome LL Cool J and his "This night is about music!" speeches. So crystal clean he would make your grandmother proud! I think Bruno Mars said it best during his performance: "Get off your rich asses and let's have some fun!"
