After being mugged by a middle aged white man Jack (Alec Baldwin) believes the financial classes are at war. Paul's (Will Forte) return brings his relationship with Jenna (Jane Krakowski) to a different level. Liz (Tina Fey) discovers her own way to survive the streets of New York City.
Jack Donaghy is "The Tuxedo"
Jack turns to Detective Len Wosniak (Steve Buscemi) to bring safety back to the streets only to realize the police are middle class, thus they have no interest in helping him. Unable to find funding to raise the police's salary Jack knows the only thing to do is run for Mayor. However, it should be rather difficult because as Tracy (Tracy Morgan) points out Jack has not left his office since the mugging, nor taken off his tuxedo.
A Normal Fetish
After Paul's first night back he wakes up with Jenna in the morning fully clothed, meaning they did nothing. It's okay though, because Jenna realizes what they're actually doing is the fetish of acting like normal people, or "Normaling." Pete (Scott Adsit) overhears Jenna talking about Costco and explains "Normaling" is not a sex thing; it's just what couples do. But, can Jenna and Paul actually settle down?
Smeared Lipstick, or the Joker?
After portraying an old lady for Jenna's commercial parody Liz stumbles into her own new persona, my personal favorite. Dressed as a dirty, old hag with the make-up of the Joker, armed with a smelly gym bag Liz sinks into the filth of the city. Clearing out entire subway cars there are no more rules for Liz Lemon.
The Tuxedo versus The Joker
Jack finally steps out of the building only to be attacked by a disgusting street mongrel that he throws across the sidewalk. It's actually Liz trying to borrow money for a movie, but the crowds cheering means the street are safe again. Therefore, no need for Liz to be evil, nor Jack to run for office, for now. There's also no need for Jenna and Paul to settle down just yet. They're taking a three-month slut break so it's goodbye, for now.
Memorable Quotations
"I'm pregnant with a kitty cat. Those are my popsicles!" Liz in her old lady costume getting a seat on the subway.
"How is that possible? We're Jenna and Paul. Did we mix up our days and accidentally both roofie each other?" Paul waking up from just sleeping with Jenna.
"I hereby announce my candidacy for Mayor for the city of New York. Vote for Jack Donaghy. Slogan to come." Jack's announcement to Liz and Tracy.
"Sexual walk-about. We spend the next three months alone doing every depraved thing we can think of with as many people as we can. And if this right now is still the happiest we can make ourselves, we'll stay together forever." Jenna and Paul's simultaneous decision of what to do about their relationship.
