We love watching ordinary people on TV do some extraordinary things -- or ordinary things, whether it be cooking, singing, fighting, dating -- anything goes. But when a celebrity tries to convince us that they're "one of us?" Forget it. Reality shows with that focus don't last. Here are five from this television season that got the ax after one season -- or didn't even last that long.
H8R (The CW)
Mario Lopez has found success hosting Extra and America's Best Dance Crew. But his show H8R was a complete flop, and was canceled after just four episodes. The show featured reality TV stars like Snooki, Kim Kardashian and Jake Pavelka confronting everyday people who were critical about them. The whole premise was ridiculous, and the show spent an hour chasing down these people who have every right to trash these celebrities who put themselves out there. Can't we just make fun of people on TV in peace? Now that this show is over, we can stop worrying that Snooki might come banging on our door when we laugh about her urinating on herself on Jersey Shore.
