Child-Written Axe Cop Leads Fox's New Slate

Fox has announced the first piece of their new late night Saturday "Animation Domination" programming: It's Axe Cop. The off-the-wall series, about a cop who uses a fire axe when battling dinosaurs (?) and other enemies, was created by five-year-old Malachai Nicolle and his 29-year-old brother Ethan. Based on a clip Fox made available, it is the kind of non sequitur zaniness that could easily gain a cult following.
