Justin Bieber dealt a major blow to thousands of fans in Indonesia when he referred to the nation -- in which he had recorded tracks for his new record -- as "some random country." At a press event in London, the pop star, 18, explained: "I recorded it in a studio. Some little place," Mr. Bieber continued, "They didn't know what they were doing."
Indonesia's 240 million population, and rank as Facebook's third largest national users, made it imperative that Bieber do some serious backpedaling, and fast. After the debacle, he tweeted: "One rumor I wont stand for is saying what me and my fans have isnt real. Indonesia I see you. i love u. I love ALL MY FANS."
Whatever you say, Justin.
