This is a great speech. But before we approach the subject, let me complain for a little while: I'm tired of the phrase "Dads & Grads." We don't need EVERYTHING to rhyme do we? But back to the video. This is a very important message for the ridiculously over-coddled kids of the day. It is probably the only meaningful commencement speech of the season. You are not special, but this speech is.
