The Kardashian clan is taking over the UK this week, and I have to question the intelligence of the man who thought it was a good idea to formally make Scott Disick a Lord. Scary, right? It's true, Scott has been dubbed a Lord of some unheard of manor, and now he actually has an excuse to act like even more of a pompous jerk than usual. If he weren't arrogant enough, all he needed was to add a touch of royalty to his name to really put him over the top.
Not surprisingly, he abuses his title and acts far superior to his adoring "common" fans while at an appearance in a UK night club. As usual, Rob picks up after Scott's mess and mingles with their British fan club to try and keep what admirers they may have left.
Kim comes to the rescue when she gives Scott a bit of perspective when she tells him to be more humble about his Lordship. As you might guess, when he gets back to the US, Kourtney thinks the whole thing is a joke, and you can be sure she's not going to be treating him like he's royalty. Just when I was starting to enjoy Scott being around more, he disappoints me once again.
The Other Side of Bruce
Over and over, we see Kris getting annoyed with Bruce and not exactly acting like the perfect life companion, but she claims there is much more to Bruce then anyone sees. Apparently, the famous athlete has quite a dark side that comes out only around his headstrong wife. In an effort to get Khloe to see the other side of her step-father, Kris is all too thrilled to let Bruce accompany Khloe to her event in Boston to see just how overbearing and obnoxious he can be.
However harsh Kris may come across, I can definitely see why she has so little patience with him. He has an extremely short temper, and when things don't go his way he throws a little tantrum until people listen to him. Maybe this comes from having to be surrounded by estrogen for the better part of his life, but it definitely looks like he can really have his snappy moments. At least now Khloe has seen the other side and maybe she'll lighten up a bit on her mom.
Kim and Kanye Take the UK
In other Kardashian news, Kanye West is making more frequent appearances on the show as he conveniently happens to be in the UK at the same time as Kim. I still can't believe how mild mannered he has been, and that when he is shown, he barely says anything and acts like a little puppy in love. This is a side of Kanye West that is nice to see, and hopefully it will continue if we see more of him this season.
What did you think of tonight's episode? Do you think Kim and Kanye are a good couple? Do you think Scott's ego will deflate when he returns to the States? Leave your comments and come back next week for your Kardashian commentary!
