Paltrow Throws On the Apron as Gabrielle Hamilton

The Food Network has become an increasingly popular topic for chit-chat these days, and certainly Hollywood wants to take advantage. Gwyneth Paltrow is in talks to play chef Gabrielle Hamilton in Blood, Bones & Butter, adapted from the cook's food memoir. This could be safe and light fun like Julie & Julia, or it could be fluffy nonsense like Paltrow's Country Strong. She's always a joy to watch, but Paltrow's output hasn't exactly been electric lately.
