Hey guys, I heard there was this new sports-themed reality TV show premiering this week called "The Olim Picks". Who's this Olim guy, and what is he picking? Anyways, here's big moments from Polyamory: Married and Dating, The Week the Women Went and Project Runway.
You Can Love Polyamory Without Other Shows Getting Jealous
Polyamory: Married and Dating debuted on Showtime this week. Seeing as something as simple as chicken sandwiches can spark controversial debates over marriage, a show candidly exploring three and four person relationships will certainly raise eyebrows.
Don't tune in expecting wild swinging debauchery, though. Polyamory focuses on how these complex relationships work through carefully laid boundaries between each person. Though this sometimes causes the show to drag in places, there's still that "LOOK HOW WEIRD FACTOR" keeping you glued to the screen. Make sure to check it out.
Lifetime Kicks Women Out of Town On New Show
Versions of The Week the Women Went have already debuted in Canada and Britain, and now it's America's turn. This August Lifetime will begin showing the self-proclaimed "social experiment" in which the female half of a small town leave the menfolk to their own devices. Really how much I'll like this show depends on how closely it resembles Lord of the Flies.
'Project Runway' Candy-Coats Fashion
Known for its ridiculous challenges, this week's Project Runway episode proves no exception. Contestants were asked to design outfits using candy, and the results were absolutely ridiculous. At least, so I heard. There was enough sugar on screen that simply seeing it sent me into a diabetic coma.
That's it for this week's Reality Roundup. What did you think of Polyamory: Marriage and Dating's premiere? How do you think the men will do during The Week the Women Went? What dress did you find delicious on Project Runway? Comment and let us know!
