If there's one thing Will Ferrell cares about, it's our nation's character. So he was deeply saddened with the break up of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, especially since it was "K-Stew" who did the unforgivable by cheating on "R-Patz." Once Conan changed the subject to the Olympics, Will Ferrell bounced out of the doldrums and celebrated the gold medal-winning women's gymnastics team. Will was particularly happy to see the tears of arch-rival Russia, and led the crowd into a united "USA!" chant while waving the good ol' Stars and Stripes, which he seemingly pulled out of nowhere.
