Villa Sea Lily, nestled on the private island of Windermere, sits on the market today for a cool $5.5 million. Carey and hubby, Nick Cannon were even married at this sprawling beachfront estate, complete with a 40-foot-long pool, manicured courtyards, rolling dunes, and well-stocked wet bars for each bedroom, an added bonus for their wedding guests. The island is a long-time favorite of many celebrity jetsetters, especially Princess Diana and the royal family. Due to its exclusive nature, the island is only accessible by helicopter which isn't very convenient for a family of fussy twin babies.

This is the third time in four years he's listed the Beverly Hills estate on the market and he's currently asking for about $13 Million. Quite the bargain if you consider what's wrapped up in the package. Wahlberg shares the estate with his wife and four kids, so you know what that means -- plenty of bathrooms, 10.5 to be exact. The 9,000 square-foot compound includes a private basketball court, gym, boxing ring, putting green, chef's kitchen, screening room and swimming pool equipped with a water slide and waterfall. No wonder it's so easy for him to stay in shape. All he has to do is spend some time in the backyard. There's also a 2,500 square foot guest house and you get the freshly-single Demi Moore as your neighbor. What more could you ask for?
