Celebrities tend to swap square footage just as often as they do spouses. And the tumultuous state of celebrity real estate is just as titillating to watch, especially with pool-side views. From Napa to Soho, the latest movers and shakers on the market include a couple of comic legends, a music mogul and a vampire heartthrob.

Ben Stiller's Dumping His Duplex

Dealing with the Manhattan real state market is no laughing matter as comedic couple Ben Stiller and his wife Christine Taylor have learned. The Upper West Side pre-war pad they purchased for $10 million back in 2008 is now on the market for $9.6 million. At a $400,000 loss, their still hoping to attract a buyer with 4,000 square feet of prime riverside real estate, complete with stunning views, five bedrooms, a renovated custom kitchen and all the charm of a pre-war space. But thankfully it's not completely historically authentic, since they fitted out the space with a state of the art media room and appliances.

Robin William's Intoxicating Vineyard

Veteran comedian and wine-lover Robin Williams has listed his Napa mansion and 24-acre vineyard on the market for a cool $35 million, proving his knack for investment as well as physical comedy. The staggering price tag does come attached to a luxury five-bedroom mansion sitting on 654 acres of land. A veritable fantasy compound, the wine-country estate also includes horse stables, an infinity pool, a stately library and naturally its own wine cellar. There's a reason he's called the place home for nearly 20 years.

Justin Timberlake Says Goodbye To His Bachelor Pad

A slick Soho penthouse may suit a single, singing icon, but now that Justin Timberlake is set to wed his longtime sweetheart Jessica Biel, it's time to ditch the glass-lined city playhouse. Taking up main residence in the couple's Hollywood Hills love nest, Timberlake has listed his old big apple haunt for $7.65 million. Located in the Soho Mews building, the 2,598-square-foot space includes three bedrooms, modern décor and a 853-square-foot terrace to take in sweeping skyline views.

Robert Pattinson Sells His Heartbreak

Break-up, sell your love pad, that is the natural order of celebrity break-ups. After his Twilight co-star and then girlfriend Kristin Stewart publicly confessed to cheating on him with the director of Snow White and the Huntsman, breaking the hearts of millions of teenagers everywhere, Pattinson is moving on. He's selling the couple's Los Feliz home in Los Angeles for $6.3 million. Stewart is still laying low at the property, possibly comforting herself while watching rom-coms in the 150-person screening room and roaming the spacious gardens, to "figure things out."
