Poor blank! That's all I can say right now so as not to spoil who lost big time on the finale of Bachelor Pad, Season 3. So, we better get started with this recap, because I know you're dying to know who the hell blank is ...
Face Offs
The gang is all there in the studio -- past houseguests who will have to cast a vote for either Chris and Sarah or Nick and Rachel as the finalists. But first, there has to be an hour of arguing, confrontations and pissed off remarks about past stabs in the back, lies, cheating and you name it. Rachel faces a silent, but seemingly understanding, Jaclyn and Ed considering Rachel gave in to Nick and took Chris and Sarah to the finals rather than them.
Rachel confronts Michael about telling her she was the best thing for him since his finance, then dumping her. Michael tries every way humanly possible to say that he ended up not being that into her and just wanted to sleep with her without actually saying any of those two things. Great job, Mike.
My Parents Said I Was A Bad Boy
Chris pouts that he doesn't need anymore flack from any houseguests about how he behaved jumping on, I mean jumping from, Blakeley to Jamie to Sarah and well, just being a deceitful ass in general, because he got enough of it from his parents. Aren't you a grown adult, Chris?
You're Getting What?
We interrupt this recap with breaking news that Blakeley and Tony are engaged. Well, that was pretty fast. When's the divorce -- I mean wedding?
The Numbers Don't Lie
After the returning houseguests vote, the overwhelming support is for Nick and Rachel over Chris and Sarah. But all is not rosy for either Rachel or Nick because only one of them, or possibly, neither of them will win the $250K prize.
You see, Chris Harrison says they will each have the option of choosing "Keep" or "Share." If both Nick and Rachel, who will make their choice in separate rooms, of course, pick "Share," they will each get $125K. That's not too shabby. But, if they both opt for "Keep" to keep the $250 prize, neither of them will get anything and instead, the prize money will be divied up between all the returning houseguests. If either Nick or Rachel decides to go for the "Keep" card, while the other picks "Share" the one with the "Keep" gets the entire $250K.
The (Morally Bankrupt) Winner Is ...
Nick. So, now, I can say poor Rachel! She chose "Share" and Nick wasted no time in placing that "Keep" card in the envelope. So, he gets $250K and Rachel gets nothing but her still breaking heart after being spurned by Michael. Now, even Michael says he feels sorry for Rachel, while the studio audience (who is apparently made up entirely of sociopaths) scream loudly at Nick's greedy win.
Okay, I know it's a game, but Nick made Rachel send her good friend, Jaclyn, packing (with Ed too, of course) to keep Chris and Sarah making her feel obligated to do that since Nick is Rachel's game partner. Now, Nick tells a different story -- it was Rachel who was never on Nick's side. Yeah, give it a rest, you greedy bastard. And you are not "brilliant" but rather base. A gentleman, especially one who coasted through the game as you did with the help of others, would have shared the money. $125K is quite a bit.
What is your take on Nick winning Season 3 of Bachelor Pad?
