Welcome back! It's the week of Thanksgiving, which means a shortened week for almost everyone. Before it's time to stuff your faces full of delicious turkey, catch up on what you missed last night here on Up Late Talk Show Daily.
That Very Well May Be...
As the new season of the TV Show New Girl is underway, Zooey Deschanel made an appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Last night, Jimmy took a break from his typical games by having a showdown with Zooey to see who could come up with a more faux-dramatic fill-in of the phrase "That very well may be, but..." As the stakes grew and the lines got sillier, both Jimmy and Zooey barely kept a straight face. At the very end of Zooey's appearance, Jimmy surprised the audience with a free copy of Zooey's indie Christmas album, A Very She & Him Christmas.
