On the latest Survivor: Philippines episode, we all learn that it is possible for Abi to be even more annoying. I can only imagine how terrible it would be to have already been voted off realizing she has in no way earned the right to still be there.

Survivor: Philippines hosted by Jeff Probst airs on CBS Wednesdays at 8:00 pm ET.

A Spa Day Is Up for Reward

The final eight head out for the reward challenge where they are split into two teams: the red team includes Malcolm, Carter, Pete and Abi while Jonathan, Lisa, Denise and Michael make up the yellow team.

The winning team must score three points by running from circle to circle where they need to leave their color flipped up in timed competitions. The teams are tied 1-1 after the first two rounds. In the third round, Abi gets confused (what a shock) and Michael skips turning one over. In the end, the red team wins and is sent off for a spa day where they will be pampered (massage, facial, etc) and well fed.

Carter and Malcolm decide to just enjoy the reward instead of use the time to strategize. All four really enjoy the indulgence and tasty food.

First You Win, Then You Annoy

The red team really enjoyed their time during the challenge and return to camp relaxed, well groomed and very satiated. Lisa comments on how nice Abi's hair looks which is enough to set off her never-ending mouth. After going on and on about the reward and how she felt like Cinderella, she proceeds to tell the others that she is on strike. She is finished with cooking and all kitchen duties even though she will still continue to eat. This of course ticks off the rest of the tribe who realizes she can't be voted off until she uses her idol.

Denise and Lisa believe Abi has absolutely no social skills, which is obviously true. Denise is delighted that Abi's whining and complaining will keep everyone focused on voting her off. Abi seems to go out of her way to remind them like when Jonathan mentions wanting bacon and eggs, Abi brings up again that she is no longer helping in the kitchen.

The other castaways talk strategy. Michael and Malcolm think they may be in the final four with Denise and Lisa. Michael and Lisa talk about what’s the best plan for them and come to the conclusion that they need to pair up with Malcolm and Denise or with Jonathon and Carter. After Lisa talks with Jonathon about their plans and he said it was too early to think final four, Lisa and Michael feel Malcolm and Denise are their best option.

Immunity Challenge and Tribal Council

The tribe members must maneuver a buoy through a tangled rope. Five complete it and move on to round two which includes a balance beam. Denise, Carter and Michael move on to round three where the buoy must now be moved through ropes wrapped around a boat. In the end, Carter wins, and by earning the immunity necklace, is guaranteed a spot in the final seven.

The castaways head to tribal where Abi smilingly gives a compliment to Artis which brings up the feeling that she is trying to manipulate the jury. She later states that she has doubts concerning Lisa but thinks maybe it is a cultural thing because English is not her first language and that is why people think she is rude. This causes laughter from the others and a shocked Denise mentions she has worked with many nationalities and they never behave that way. They have a bit of an argument while Denise attempts to point out how she acted after coming back from reward. Abi continually interrupts and Denise tries to point out how this is another social cue she is missing. Abi is now crying and Jeff says it is time to vote.

After the tribe votes, Jeff asks if anyone wants to play their immunity idol. Abi plays hers and Malcolm does not. Jeff counts the votes: Abi gets three votes (which don't count), Malcolm receives two and Pete gets three which makes him the fourth member of the tribal jury.
