This week we saw a bunch of ladies, and one very pretty man, make a comeback in our lives. Some we've only seen in a very limited capacity lately, such as Amanda Peet and Keri Russell, while others have been on our radar in other ways, such as Kelly Clarkson and Justin Timberlake. Regardless, it's nice to have these people back in the news where they belong, so let's see how these celebrities did this week!
I miss Amanda Peet. It may have been cheesy, but A Lot Like Love with Ashton Kutcher was a very cute movie, and she was perfection in it. Although Peet had a quiet 2011 and 2012 -- she appeared in the TV shows Bent and The Good Wife, the latter of which she was actually quite good in and I hope she reappears soon -- she came back this weekend by blowing up the box office with Identity Thief. The movie was number one and made back its budget despite the Northeast being submerged in snow. I hope to see more romantic comedy from Peet in the near future.
